Your product should reach your address in good condition but in the event of damage or breakage it may be necessary to arrange a replacement.

If you need to contact us because your item(s) was damaged, please email or call our customer support at 1-800-261-9033 (Mon - Sat 9:00am - 6:00pm EST).

Replacements can only be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. If the product was purchased at any of our Consumer or Trade Shows, then all sales are final.

Please keep in mind that most of our products are one of kind. If we are unable to find a replacement, then a refund may be necessary. If this occurs, it will only be issued to the purchaser’s card - i.e. the card used to purchase the goods in the first instance; and will not be made until goods are returned to Xtreme Marketing & Media, LLC, 3017 Sleepy Hollow Road, Falls Church, VA 22042. In all instances we will notify the purchaser that a refund is being made.
